How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking link. Simply click the link to follow your parcel’s journey in real time on the carrier’s website.


Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery, which means we’re usually unable to modify or cancel orders once they’ve been placed.
Please double-check all details during checkout before confirming your order.


How do I return an item? Do you offer exchanges?

If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept a return as long as:

  • The item is in original condition

  • Tags are attached

  • There are no signs of wear

  • It isn’t a clearance or final sale item

We do not offer direct exchanges. After we receive your return parcel, our team will issue an online store credit (with no expiry date), which you can use toward anything in our store—including a different size or item.


The item I want is out of stock. What can I do?

We regularly restock popular pieces. Simply sign up with your email on the product page, and you’ll be notified as soon as the item becomes available again.


I entered the wrong shipping address—can you update it?

Contact us immediately with the correct address.
If your order has not been packed or shipped yet, we may be able to update the shipping label.
However, once the order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make any changes.


What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Please email us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • The product name/code

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


I forgot to use my discount code. Can it still be applied?

No problem—contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the promo code.
If your order meets the promotion’s requirements, we’ll do our best to apply the discount retroactively.
