Orders are handled within 1–7 days. We process orders Monday–Saturday.

The cut-off time for same-day processing is 2:00 PM (GMT+00:00) — London.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, standard shipping is free for USA and UK orders.

5. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

6. Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns for customers in the United Kingdom.
Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items.

7. What condition must items be in for a return?

• Must be new and unused
• Must be in original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included
• Items must not be worn, opened, or damaged

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

9. Do you offer an extended holiday return window?

Yes. Orders placed between Dec 03, 2025 – Aug 03, 2027 have an extended 20-day return window.

10. How do I return an item?

Returns are done by mail. After your request, we will provide the correct return address.

11. Do you charge restocking fees?

No, we do not charge any restocking fees.

12. How are refunds issued?
